EDIT : With the patch (12/05/2016), this achievement is not gliched anymore. If you've already completed the requierements, it will unlock on the main menu ;)

From the main menu, navigate in all the folders and launch whatever you can launch. Also, NOTE that you need to complete the game to unlock this achievement, since finishing the game unlocks credits.exe on the main menu, that is required for this achievement.

Another month later, I sent another email last night and had a reply this afternoon.

Hey there, I sent an email about a month ago regarding the glitched ‘Bored’ achievement on Xbox One. I’ve heard that you’re working on a patch, I’m just wondering if you have any progress update or a rough timeline to release to the community? Like a lot of people, I loved Superhot, but it bugs me that I can’t reach 100% completion because of a glitched achievement. Thanks!

I've opened up EVERYTHING but the achievement still won't unlock for me. I don't understand.

Edit: As soon as I posted this, I exited the game and opened it again the achievement popped on the main menu.

Just unlocked. Not bugged. But worth mentioning you have to click EVERYTHING in the menu. Including art etc.

Ok, can we now only post if there's news on the fix or if more people wish to make a comment to start receiving notifications please?

Just to clarify... you only need to post one comment here and, by default, this thread will then be added to your watch list. You will then receive a PM every time there is a reply which will trigger an email to your personal email. The last 2 days I've had quite a few emails and yet there has been no new information about the achievement. We could be waiting a month or two for this to be fixed...

No one needs to be manually "put on a list" to be notified when the achievement is fixed. So long as you check you personal email/visit this website to check your private messages, you'll be informed when it's done.

I can confirm the same as quiettime3 / emily :) Exactly the same happened to me, to be fair they emailed back within about 12 hours. Especially hope this gets sorted it as I tried it on a backup account and it is sick.

Superhot is fantastic. Congratulations on a stellar game, Team Superhot!

However, a lot of people are sad to see no patch or at least no NEWS about a patch has been released for the Xbox One regarding the "Bored" achievement.

Although the core game is the most important things, earning achievements and completing a game with a badge of honour is critical to a lot of people in the gaming community. Having people earn 100% of SuperHot would be great and a lot of people are annoyed about the fact they can't do so because of a 10G achievement.

Well the Windows 10 version did have an unobtainable that was only recently fixed after about 3-4 years(Which is why I finally bought it during this last sale it was in), so I have to assume it's a pretty glitchy version.

Well technically it was opening it for the second time, as after the first time I deleted the savefile, just in case I missed that opening cutscene when I finally get around to playing it. So I wanted to start the game fresh. Then I opened the game again to see if that scene played again, and it did, and then clicked on replay.exe to see what it did before I quit again, and this just popped. Came over to this solution(Windows 10 version has no guide)to see what the achievement was.

Was literally just checking to make sure the game loaded up and add it to my card, pretty glitchy I guess.

Hi there, I don’t want to repeat myself too often but it’s been about two months since my last message on this issue, I’m just wondering if I can get any kind of indication on how long Xbox players need to wait for a fix on the ‘Bored’ achievement? It’s been said that a patch is in the works, but there’s been no update for a long time, and I’m really hoping that the achievement won’t be unobtainable forever. I really enjoyed Superhot, and I would love to get the full 100% completion! Any kind of info on this would be greatly appreciated.

we have not released an update regarding this topic as we do not know when we will be able to fix the issue yet. We are very occupied with SUPERHOT VR and a free DLC for now but are doing our best to find some time to fix this bug too. Thanks for your patience!

Hello there,

Well... I write this mail to know if you will patch the achievement "Bored " on Xbox one one day or never... We have waited 6 long months between the release of the game and now... We've paid 20 euros for your game wich is actually a great game... But when you pay a game, you are waiting for feedbacks, communication, updates, etc...

Other indie developers like Nicalis, NeocoreGames, Playdead, ... have always patched their games in the months (2 or 3 maximum) following the release date. Sometimes for 5 or 6 achievements (the binding of Isaac, ...) and both on Xbox and on Playstation.

I'm a achievements hunter, you may think it's useless but for some players completing a game at 100% is as important as play it.

I have 237 games in my list... 236 are completed at 100%.

Please, the whole community begins to be mad with this long waited patch.

Plus let me tell you that i've tons of xbox live friends that actually wait for the patch BEFORE buying the game...

It's really annoying because, your games is a great game.

In theory, the achievement should unlock by launching every app in the main menu and its subfolders at least once. Additionally, you need to beat the story to unlock credits.exe, which is also needed.

Once you have completed the campaign you need to launch every app and open the folders in the main menu to unlock this one. You won’t be able to unlock this, as we said, until after you've finished the story, because credits.exe doesn’t show up until then.
