To unlock this acheivement you have to kill a red dude by jumping on him, in level 20 there are going to be 3 red dudes one of them is going to be right in front of you, make sure you are facing him and jump onto him, he should shatter into a bunch of tiny pieces, the acheivement will pop soonly after

This can be done on any level in the game and does not require you to load up a specific level after completion. I just tried this on level one and it worked just fine.

Thanks! I started the game, jump on the first red guy I saw (think it was level 6), achievement popped. Took me 10 seconds max!

I know right, all these solutions stating you need level 20 and you can just do it right away. Glad this helped.

Load up story mode and select 20BALLRO.lvl. Hold 
and jump onto the enemy below you. The achievement will unlock once you crush and kill him.

Like our good friend Mario, all you need to do to get this trophy is to jump on an enemy’s head, and thus, kill them. There’s a couple of different easy places to get this one. The first one is level 20BALLRO.lvl, where you can jump onto the enemy below you there; or 30GATE.lvl, where you start on the truck. Just jump down onto an enemy’s head there and the trophy is yours. Remember to use L2 to get more control over your jump.
