You'll probably unlock this accidentally but just shoot directly at a bullet that is coming at you. Fairly easy to do in the early levels. Just don't move for a moment and point your gun directly at the enemy gun. As soon as they fire, shoot directly at their gun. The bullets run into each other and explode.

The best way to get this achievement is with a shotgun. Since there are many projectiles in one shot. So more chance.

You can get this on the first level. Just wait until an enemy bullet is near you, then shoot your bullet towards it.
