You get this achievement for killing three enemies with a single shotgun blast, and so far the best place I've found to do it is the level 21MEETIN. As is usually the case, you can't select levels until you've played the game through and beaten the story once. You'll just have to progress to that level naturally if you've not completed the game before.

Kill the three guys at the start and be sure to collect a pistol with at least one bullet in it. Continue forward and kill the shotgunner, then wiggle the stick a bit until the door starts to open. Hit

to toss the pistol just over the pyramid on the table to disarm the guy in the back if you can; if not, it's not impossible to get this done if you miss so don't fret. It just helps if you can avoid the guy in the back killing one of the others, and you'll notice I even missed the toss (for some reason?) in my clip.

Pick up the shotgun on the floor and wiggle the stick a bit until the two melee guys come out of the door. Try to stay as near to the door as you can and line up the shot with the rifle guy in the back at the center of your reticule with the melee guys on both sides, then pull the trigger and hope for the best. The shotgun spread is kinda random so it may take a couple of tries before the planets align correctly.

HOW DO I pick levels?

after you beat the game then and only then can you pick levels. And yes achievements don't record using game clip recorder for xbox or some recording software.

took 3 tries but it worked way better than trying to get 3 to line up in endless, imo.

I couldn't for the life of me get all three in a single shot, but I ended up getting it just after. You get spam rushed after killing everyone in that meeting room, and there's a spare shotgun in there as well.

Load up Story Mode and select 18MEETIN.lvl. Kill the first three enemies, then go down the hallway. Kill the shotgunner to the right and pick up his gun. The door in front of you will open and you will see four enemies. Try to hit 3 of these enemies with one blast from the shotgun by using the large spread of the pellets.

If you miss, kill all enemies in the room and pick up one of the black objects on the table. Face the hallway you came from and keep throwing objects at enemies to stun them and make them drop their guns. Pick up the shotgun from the right side of the room (when facing the hallway) and try again to hit 3 enemies with one blast. If you miss, hold to reload the level and try again.

To unlock this trophy, you’re going to want to load up story mode and select 18MEETIN.lvl. First things first, kill the three enemies that you come across, then proceed down the hallway. If you kill the shotgun Red Dude to your right, you’ll now have the shotgun you need for this trophy. The door in front of you will have 4 Red Dudes, who you can hit with 1 shot (you only need to hit 3 and kill for this trophy). Rely on the spread of the shotgun here to hit as many as you can.

If that doesn’t work, you can either restart the level, or kill everyone in the room, pick up the black objects on the table and use them to stun the enemies that come through the door, so you can grab one of their shottys. Grab it, try to line up 3 enemies, and then fire again. If you fail a second time, definitely reload the level and try again.
