Complete Sensory/Cache/explode.hack - it's unlocked after completing Node 1A.

Walk to the end of the thin beam and interact with the disk. You might just need to complete any of the hacks, but this is the first one I did.

I did the explode cache and the achievement didn't pop, but it did pop when I did the supthrow cache.

Yeah this didn't pop after getting the explode.hack, but when I picked up pierceshot.hack
Strange that it seems to take two for some but at least it's still simple to get
