In the first level, enter the Quarantine/Broken node and unlock CHARGE.core.

It didn't unlock for me, despite unlocking the core

Yeah this is bugged. I just selected the core, nothing came up.
EDIT: The achieve unlocks AFTER you beat the node. Just got it.

Be sure to complete the level Like Osmagic17 said.

After you beat it you'll arrive at the menu and then hand over control. Follow the prompts and hit "CHARGE.core". You'll finish the node and get the achievement.
