On the second level, you'll start seeing red boxes (with a white t-shaped lever in them) on the walls; these are the fire alarms you want to pull. Pull 1 for this achievement, 10 for a second achievement, and all of them for a third achievement.
P.S. Not to be confused with the red boxes high on the walls you see from the first level (with a white horizontal bar on top) -- the fire alarms are generally shoulder-height from the ground with the t-shaped lever and grey circular bit above.

Easy. You will find the first fire alarm at the end of the first level, in the final corridor on the left wall as you walk towards the elevator. Click it or pull the level to activate it.

The first Fire Alarm and Fire Extinguisher will be in the hallway you enter after you need to knock down the walls with the wedge of cheese to progress (15th and final room in Induction). Before you walk to the end of the hallway and fall down the dark hole to end the level, make sure to hit both collectibles.
