This is the first portion of the game--Jor-El will teach you how to use different powers and how to fly and lock onto objects. Destroy meteorites that are about to hit Metropolis with these new powers. Really this achievement is incredibly easy and I don't know what else to say here...good luck?
It takes about 5 minutes...literally you will have this achievement within 7 minutes of loading the disc...TOPS
