For this achievement you'll need to win a race on the track Varano at either Hard or Legend difficulty, now hard is obviously easier.
So go to Quick race, select one of the Audis as they're the fastest cars in the game, select the track Varano and change the race options to: 1 Lap, Starting position 1, Weather Sunny and Difficulty Hard.
If you have trouble winning you can turn off penalties in the game settings, Good luck.

Quick race, put the track as Varano and win the race on either hard or legend difficulty to unlock this one.

This can be fairly simple. Near the end there's a great place to skip a large chunk of track, so make sure penalties are turned off in the menu screen.
