Warning there is no in-game tracker for the amount of kilometers you have driven.
So for this you'll need to drive for 400km with the same team, though i suggest stick with just one driver. Miles from Quick Race, Training, Race Weekend and Championship count for this achievement.
From normal play i hadnt even reached 200km so there is going to be some grinding involved for this, the best way to do this is to set up a quick race on Monza and set the laps to 10. Monza is 5793m (5.7km) long so 10 laps will get you 57km and each race takes roughly 15minutes.
To speed the process up from the Options menu under 'Realism Settings' turn off the penalties and cut the chicanes!
I suggest you use the same driver you use to do one of your Championship runs and the time trial run.
You will also get the following achievements along the way:

The I'm in love with my car achievement in Superstars V8 Racing worth 36 pointsDrive for at least 200 Km in Single Player mode with the same team.
