Turn your cousin Orange, and your translocator ball red and place it in the Warning system box.
To Turn your cousin Orange, press the button next to the green box to drop a carrot. Place carrot into the color changer and drop another carrot into the green box.
Stand on the pressure pad to stop the water from leaking and turn on the color changer when your cousin goes to grab the carrot.
To Turn your Translocator Ball Red You can either shoot your gun into the color changer (I had to get on the pipe and shoot from a different angle to get it to work) Or you can just shoot the Translocator Ball itself.
