Take the halo off of Mr Miracles head and place it on the painting area of the colouring machine. Now grab one of the yellow crystals being used as lights and place it in the pipe a bit further up in order to set the colouring machine to yellow. Now just turn the machine on, pick up the halo and go to the statue. Follow the guy back to the chapel with the halo and when he is allowed in you will get the achievement
