Supraland

As you progress towards the Blue Crystal, you'll come to a section of the map with a soccer field (SupraBall) and over a small hill is the SupraBall Team building. You'll be tasked with lighting up yellow rings to enter it, do so and head towards the inside where you will see a room with Team Jersey's (Blue will lock you in a cell and you'll be given a new gun skill.) Once you get the skill and get yourself out, look up and also shoot the 4 red blocks to open up the arena again. Once you do that there should be 2 red guys that spawned behind you in the Jersey room (if not move around in the building a bit/leave the building and come back, though they should be there upon getting yourself out of the cell)..

One of them is a blonde wearing a wig talking about how is a magnet for woman, hit him with the sword and his hair will pop off... Achievement Unlocked.
