How to unlock the Bot Lord achievement in Supreme Commander 2 - Definitive Guide
*NOTE* To be safe and make sure you get this chevo ONLY Build Land Factories(No Add ons) Harvog Assault Bots, Mass Extractors, Power Plants, and Research Stations. Nothing else not even Engineers
EDIT-Thanks to Scoochi2 it has been confirmed that you CAN use Engineers
I have followed 3 different guides on this site the two above and the description in the Completist Chevo section. And NONE of them popped this chevo for me.
OK Well it took me several tries to get this chevo. I did all kinds of methods and the only one that worked is this. As soon as you start you should have 20+ research points go to your land section and research Harvog assault bots and get the anti air research as well. And you will want to research the extra damage,Health and Personal Shields ASAP.
I always went for the Cybran to the left first because when he sends the Megaliths at you its hard to push them back.(Even on Easy). You will need at LEAST 50 Harvog assault bots in a group to take out the Cybran commander. And another 50 for the UEF to your Right.
Now to make the Illuminate Commander easier Before you take out the UEF Commander to your Right. Get an Army of 100+ Harvogs outside your partners base. Because once you take out the UEF Commander to your Right. Dominic will be attacked by a Universal Colosus guarded by two Urchunow's And then one more wave of them. Send your remaining Harvogs at the Commander and the Chevo should pop at The mission result screen. Good luck took me days to get this.

I just got the achievement on my first try. I kinda followed this solution but modified it slightly (I took out the Illuminate before the UEF). I can confirm that you CAN build engineers. I also researched everything that helps my bots (training, shields, veterancy, attack+ etc)
I did build quite a few engineers and set them all on patrol around my base, just to repair my mass extractors more than anything. Kept 30 bots at the south-eastern mass point in my base to defend against the air attacks. Waited until I got 75 other bots then went straight for the Cybran commander. When my pop limit hit 200, I sent everything I had (except those 30 defending bots) and took out the Illuminate commander. Sent all those [surviving] units back to my base and when they got there, I then sent everything I had (the Illuminate killers+the newly built bots) at the UEF commander.
I completely ignored the Colossus and two Urchunows that spawned out of nowhere and I killed the UEF before those three experiments got anywhere, ending the mission.

Bot Lord
Complete 'Prime Time' with an army made up entirely of Assault Bots
This is best done on Easy taking your time. Upgrade the AA for land as soon as you can and get the rest of the upgrades as you go. Teleport skill helps. You can ONLY build Engineers, Assault Bots, Land Factories, Mass Extractors, Energy Generators, and Science Labs. GOOD LUCK!

In the Illuminate Campaign, you are require to do nothing but pump out assault bots. No factory add-ons or any other units. You are allowed to build engineers which you will need to save your land factories as you cannot add shields
Done on the last mission of illuminate campaign "prime time" on easy simply get mass and energy up and put 3-5 land factorys and buy the harvog dudes and antiair for them from upgrade points along with other needed upgrades only after buying the 300% and 400% mass and energy from the acu tab highly helpful for the whole time and put repeat build in factorys. Simplely play (select all of them with ) goodluck!
You can't build any factory add-ons, Turrets, Shields nor any other attack Unit other than the standard Assault Bots you unlock via Tech Tree. So build a lot of Land Factories (4-6) each supported by 3 Engineers and pump them out. Best done on Easy.
