This achievement is very easy.

For this achievement, find a friend who wants to play with you. When you are at the main menu, Click Xbox Live > Private. Then invite your friend.

Add one or two easy A.I.s into the game on Assassination. Simply play the game and kill the two ACU's and your achievement will pop.

You can also continue to play to get the Good Friends achievement.
