If you play through the campaign and aim for every primary and secondary objective, you should hit this way before you finish the 3 factions. I unlocked this on the 3rd Aeon mission after completing the UAE Campaign on hard.

You get this after Mission 5 on Hard. All you have to do is completing all objectives in each mission and researching most/all of the Tech Tree and you get a score of ~32000 for each mission.
