To get this acheivement you must play the first level of the cybranth story. When dr brackman tells you to escape through the warp-gate, DON'T!
Build up your defences and units (a lot of anti-air) as you must survive 3-4 massive attacks which all contain a large number of siege bots and aircraft, plus 3-5 soulripper gunships.Once you have held out long enough a secret objective will appear called 'expert survialist'
Then flee through the gate and the achievement will pop on the operation complete screen.

You may want to add that you will get the objective at 26:00

Also, you need the Proto-Brain to survive with you. Had mine die after the main objective but before the soul-rippers were done. Waited around for over an hour in hard mode to see if just takes longer, but got impatient and just did it on easy and it needed the brain.

This achievement can be difficult if you're doing it on Hard, what I did was build Point Defense
, Shield Generator
, Anti-Air Tower
in all 3 directions that enemies came from, but I built each one close to each other right in the center of the base.

Build 4-6 Megaliths after 10min to fend off land attacks and focus on building Anti-Air turrets. After the download is complete, you have to hold out 3-4 waves of several Soul Rippers. Often they crash in your turrets and destroy them. Be on the lookout and replace them ASAP. Possible to do on Hard but much more manageable on Easy. Objective will be completed around 25min, 30sec.
