Leave this achievement for the very last since its the most time consuming one of all.
by the time i did this one i had already finished all 3 campaigns and done all the skirmish with the AI in all the maps in all the modes and i still was not even half way thru.

OK so strait to the chievo this isn't really hard, set up a skirmish map and pit against a normal AI in annihilation mode defeat the ai and just leave one or 2 harmless buildings alive so you wont get a game over. then tech up and build a few tech 3 energy reactors and upgrade all mass extractors in the map to level 3 once you got that self destruct everything else that's not a engineer, mass extractor and reactor and start building reactors and mass converters till you reach your unit cap. then comes the easy part just leave the Xbox on a few hours and come back and save every once in a while until the achievement pops!

i had to leave it on for 6 hours......
if you haven't done any other achievements it might take a lot more time

Short version:
1. Start a skirmish match and make sure enemies are not a threat.
2. Build lots and lots of Mass Fabricators and Tier 3 Power Generators in networks on your way to 100M Mass.
For bonus achievements:
3. Have ~10+ engineers/ACU/SCU's build strips of 10 Experimentals, 10 times.
5. Build 1000 of the cheapest boat.
6. Fire 100 Nukes(using trick I detail under the achievement)
7. Wait until you have completed each task then save for the achievements! For the Mass, it will take a long time, but you can save then end the match to see how much mass you still need. Watch the loading screen for an accurate count if it shows the stat.

One little warning note--if your controller goes AFK, the game will eventually pause itself, so don't forget to use a wired controller if you can or more the controller!

Long version:

If you're like me, and had your game keep freezing, I recommend going for this one in combination with Firestorm(100 Nukes), Project X(100 Experimentals), and Supreme Shipwright(1000 boats).

If your game was freezing, I recommend making a backup of your game save, then deleting your Supreme Commander profile(ex. "Prefs 12/13/2014 - 5:31:48 pm" Saved game) from the storage directory on your xbox 360. This should help with the freezing, until your new SC profile decides to start freezing.. hopefully you can get the achievements you want before it starts freezing again like mine liked to do.

Pick a map with water for the boats. I chose Concord Lake. Definitely Fastest speed!

Once you've neutralized the AI, make sure you don't destroy them completely!...
Build T3 mass extractors on every build site you can(81-84 on Concord Lake depending what AI buildings are left).

Mass produce Mass Fabricators mixed with T3 Power Generators. You can build them in a diamond grid pattern that will have 3 Power supporting each Fabricator except on the outer edges of the diamond.

This will lower the middle Fabricators energy cost to 656 instead of 1500 energy because of the adjacency bonuses! Simply described--Start with a T3 Power at the center of a large area. Now, build T3 Fabricators on 3 sides connected, and on the 4th side build a a fabricator one T1 power distance away. Fill on all the corners between fabricators with T3 Powers, and repeat! This will end up supplying every Fabricator with 3 T3 Power Generators, for a huge energy savings of over 800 energy each!
Once you've maxed your population at 500, delete spare buildings and units to keep building Power and Fabricators.. you can build far more Fabricators than Powers using the grid like this. Once you've built a 12x12 diamond of Fabricators, or 128 Power Generators completely surrounded by Fabricators, you should have enough power for the game. Start building rows of Fabricators up to at least 130 more Fabricators. And then, build correspondingly power/fabricators if you have population room!

You will get 30 million or so from all the other achievements combined. For the rest of it start a Skirmish on Burial Mounds against a Normal AI. Set the No Rush option to 20, Fog of War to None, Units to 500, and game mode to Supremacy. Tech up an Air Base and build three Tech 3 strategic bombers. When the No Rush timer expires (you can see how long you have left by pressing the back button) send your bombers to take out the enemy ACU and start making gun ships (if you are UEF, you can create Tech 3 heavy gunships, otherwise use the Tech 2 ones). Send the gunships to kill all remaining units (start with engineers, then any anti-air units) and turrets, then blow up all factories and mass extractors. Make sure you leave power plants alone (the Supremacy game type ends when you destroy all of their buildings, so you have to leave them some buildings and power plants are a good choice).

When the enemy is pacified, self-destruct all of your units except your ACU and Tech 3 engineers. The next step is to make a template that has a Tech 3 mass extractor adjacent to four Tech 1 mass storage devices (select one of your existing setups by dragging a box around it, and then press right on the D-pad, use the LS to pick a spot from 1-8, and then hold down the A button for about three seconds until the animation is done). Get two groups of 3-5 Tech 3 engineers and have one group place the template on all the mass points on each side of the water, and don't forget the middle island. While that is going on (it can take an hour or two to get them all planted) you can build four Tech 3 power plants and then reclaim all the other buildings in your base except for the mass extractors and their mass storage. Then upgrade your ACU with the improved Resource Allocation Upgrade, and go to bed. In 8 hours you should get around 70-75 million mass, so you may need to leave it on two nights if you haven't done the campaign yet. You can check along the way by saving the skirmish mission and when it says "Saving profile" it is checking for any achievements you may have earned.

You may want to get Firestorm when doing this one as well.
