Within the 2nd part of the tutorial there is a duck in a sink within the room just before the room with your "Bob". Simply pick up the duck and place it upon "Bob's" chest. Apparently this does work within an undamaged chest.
If you missed it during the tutorial, there is a quick way to get it after. Go to the main lobby, here you will have a terminal and four chutes for players. If you go to the terminal, you will have the opportunity to go ontot he create a level option. If you go in here you can get a number of achievements that amount to another 80G pretty quickly.

In order to get the Quacked Ribs achievement however, you need to go into the build menus to find the following items :
Bob
Hammer
Rubber Duck
Ocne you've placed them in the level, go onto the wheel and click play level. Pick up the hammer, smash Bob's ribs and place the duck in there for an easy 100G.
