Bellow I posted one of the easiest missions to score A++, in my opinion kidney or tooth transplant are the easiest and heart is the hardest from the first "theme".
General tips for game - after each mission check your desk for new floppy drives, they contain visual guides on advanced techniques that can save you lot of time in specific missions. Some of the tricks can change things like 30 sec removal of eyes from Bob eye sockets, to 2 second procedure. Just push default floppy out with your hand and grab new floppys as soon as they become available on your table in "reception" area.
