The trophy seemed glitchy to me, after 10 attempts to throw out the heart (I performed the same actions and threw it in the same place). And on the 11th time the trophy fell. Although I think that after unsuccessful attempts, the trophy drop was influenced by the fact that I left the game in the main menu... and after that I made another attempt... which turned out to be trophy-worthy) . After you take the heart from the box, do not move your hand in different directions, move your hand straight down... Throw it where the saw lies on the same table, against the handle.
