Surgeon Simulator

Found a very easy method is to use the circular saw. Load up the brain surgery level and just put the saw up to face and neck of Bob; he should drain out very quickly. Was able to lose him in 9 seconds. Good luck and please keep Bob in your thoughts.

Start up the regular brain surgery and as you start grab the ax on the left hand side. Start hitting the top of the skull (move your controller in an up and down motion) to expose the brain and once you do you should be able to kill the patient pretty fast with the ax. I managed to get it after a couple of tries and still had about a second to spare so it shouldn't take much.
