How to unlock the Posthuman achievement in Surviving Mars - Definitive Guide

I got this achievement when I left my game idle while grinding for the 200 Vegans achievement. It, like the other achievement, seems to be a numbers game:

Project Morpheus and Gurus can help by spreading traits throughout your colony. But, if your colony is large enough and self-sustaining, eventually it will pop. The fastest way to get this achievement seems to be: build a massive colony that's self-sustaining (all wonders + many drones and shuttles) and then just go ham with domes and farms.

I had to manually save my game for both achievements to register, however. So if you do idle, I recommend coming back every few hours to check. Also, remember to plug in your controller, as the game will pause itself if your controller is disconnected.

Definitely a numbers game, mine popped on my tenth mega dome, 2000ish population, sol 190.some thoughts I have are that Martian born colonists are key, they won't get earth sick and leave like those tossers that come in rockets, keep the domes happy, the wonder which switches perks out is key, the breakthrough technology that helps rare traits will also help but is not required, will only speed you up, I didnt have it on my run through, if your leaving your gameto idle be sure you are massively over producing good, the amount of times I thought I'd be safe and came back to everyone starving was a joke,

You’ll most likely get this while going for the S.P.E.C.I.A.L trophy. All Colonists are born with traits, which are further segregated into Perks, Flaws or Quirks. The Rare Traits are the perks known as Celebrity, Genius, Saint. Colonists born on Mars (Martianborn) will develop traits once they reach adulthood. The chances of a Colonist having a rare trait can be boosted by researching the Social technology "Behavioural Melding" (Replaces removed flaws in Sanatorium with random Perks) and breakthrough technologies "Neural Empathy" (Unlocks Rare Trait – Empath) & "Gene Selection" (Doubles the chance that a Colonist will have or gain a Rare Trait).

For this trophy, I suggest periodically reviewing the list of applicants of Colonists on Earth and picking out any Colonist that has 2 out of the above rare traits. This is a little luck based, but you can also boost your chances on the side by constructing Sanatoriums in your Domes, upgrade them with the Behavioural Melding technology, keep birth rates high and keep expanding your population. Eventually one of your Colonists will gain 2 of the rare traits. In my Colony of 2000+ population I had close to 50 Colonists with 2 Rare Traits.

I disabled events on the map so that the window would not pop up. He built a dome with biorobots, which had a bar and a casino, as well as an improved correction center. In bars and casinos, biorobots received alcoholism and a craving for gambling; at the correction center they were exchanged for some positive skill. Biorobots are immortal, so sooner or later they will receive all the positive skills. There was the Mofei project, an excavator and a bottomless mine. Set it to maximum speed. The base was completely self-sufficient. I left the console and went to watch the series. In about two and a half hours, the trophy fell out.
