The quickest and easiest way to do this is to start with a RC Explorer, load the map, use your Probes to scan the area. The automated voice will say something like Anomoly found, it will be a yellow circle on the surface. Select your RC Explorer, hover over to the circle, use RT +A. When it finishes scanning Achivement should pop.
