The easiest way to unlock this achievement is to create a small Flatten project from the landscaping tab in the build menu. Make it far enough away from a dome or Drone Controller that no drones can get to it and send your RC Dozer to complete it. Setting your RC Dozer to Auto mode means it will head to the project immediately once you create it. Once completed the achievement will unlock.
The fastest way to get an RC Dozer in the early game is to send one on a rocket from Earth.
