This is a rather easy achievement.
First you need to build a Dome. Connect it with energy and air supply. Then you can build various types of food producers. The earliest you can build is the Hydrophonic Farm. Regular farm and fungal farm need to be researched frst.
Just build one of these and fast forward until the first food is harvested and achievement unlocks.

Unfortunately it is not popping now. I tried two times, with farm and hydrophonic farm also. I got the milestone for producing food on Mars, but no achievement. I managed to unlock by mods all the achievements, but this is not unlocked that way. Maybe it is bugged.

First you’ll need to build a Dome, as all food producing buildings need colonists to function. Food can be produced via Hydroponic Farm, Farm, or Fungal Farm. Botanists are the best specializations for food production. Hydroponic Farms are unlocked from the start whereas Farms and Fungal Farms need to be researched.
