You will almost certainly get this before you hit 365 days. I found that I had one about every 10 days on the easiest difficulty. However, the reason that I'm posting this is that in case you were worried about ending the game after the main quest finishes...

To avoid having to play after 365 days of survival, choose not the easiest disaster level, but before the easiest difficulty level
