Surviving the Aftermath

To complete a covert mission you have to approach a Society with one of your Specialists. Each mission type has a higher success rate depending on the type of Specialist you choose, but failing them will cause damage and possibly death, will reduce relations and increase their control so be careful if you're going for other alliance related achievements.

Any Specialist can choose any of the four mission types but here is a list of the appropriate pairings for a higher success chance and what they do:

Sabotage (reduce control) - Fighter
Theft (steal items) - Scavenger
Espionage (steal knowledge points) - Scientist
Propaganda (lower population) - Scout
