This one can be obtained fairly easily doing local versus using a second controller. Simply go to local > versus > orb rush. You can use any map. On the next screen, set score to 25. Don't add any bots, so it'll just be you vs the second controller.
When the round starts, navigate over to the orb and bring it back to your side (usually top left corner right by where you started the round) to cap the orb. Rinse and repeat 25 times until the match is complete. Since we'll need 50 orb caps for the achievement, load up another game with the same method and cap the orb 25 times until the end of the match. The achievement will pop when you return back to the menu.
With this method, it should take you roughly 10-15 minutes to go from 0 orb caps to 50
