Really easy, even with only one extra controller.
You'll want to add your extra controller as one of the two on the other team, and then add a hard bot to your team, and an easy bot to your extra controller's team. Once the game starts, you and your hard bot buddy want to take out the easy bot, then you grab the orb and bring it back to your goal before the easy bot respawns. This might take a round or two, as if the bot on your team grabs the orb it won't count for you. So you want to make sure to take out the easy bot, while also getting to the orb first so your hard bot won't grab it. I have to assume with 3-4 total controllers this would be even easier. But it was easy enough with just the one extra for me.
