Xiqu is the first boss battle in the game, so you can get this one fairly early on. Your goal is to get the demon bull to charge at you and get its horns stuck in a rock.
When the battle begins, slash away at Xiqu's health. Once it gets to about half health, a short scene will play. After the battle resumes, the boss will charge at you. Jump onto the nearby rocks along the side of the area and wait for it to charge. The achievement should pop as soon as it gets stuck in the environment.
While the achievement is missable on your story run, once you complete the game you can re-challenge the bosses in the time trials and unlock it there.

Where do you find the time trials?

@Swan931 - after an infuriating 30 minutes googling and trying to find any form of reference to ‘Time Trials’, if you fast travel to “Mingshu Sect, Mingshu Sect” and walk towards the opening in the red wall, you will see on the left a little character called Arong, who will ask if you wish to challenge the bosses again. Proceed to talk to him and you can give this one (as well as the puppeteer one if missed) again. Hope this helps

The, Pants, Party
This achievement is unlocked during the very first main boss fight of the game against a bull-like monster. Once you get the boss to half health, you will see a short cutscene where it enrages, and it will charge you more aggressively. Run to the edge of the circle and find a large rocky outcrop that you can jump to. Simply stand there and the bull will eventually charge at you and ram into the rocks, unlocking this achievement.
