After getting through the first level, you'll find yourself in control of a girl... head to the town, and then look for "Free Leaf Fairy" on your map. Completing this jumping game will land you the achievement.

I jumped to the top, unlocked the chest to free the lead fairy, and nothing happened. It keeps asking me to redo the challenge plus no achievement. Damn it this stupid leaf jumping game

The, Pants, Party
There are a total of seven jumping puzzles in the game. Most are fairly simple, though for some reason I had trouble with the one in Howling Canyon. The one outside the starting village is the easiest, and you only need to complete one of them to get this achievement. There is no achievement that requires all of them to be completed, though doing so will unlock a hidden spirit companion.
The video below shows the location of all of them. They are marked on the map as "Free Leaf Fairy" so they are hard to miss. Make sure you open the chest at the end of each puzzle to obtain a unique item that can be found in the "Other" tab in the item menu. You'll need these for the game to recognize you finished the puzzles.
