You need to cook 30 dishes.
You can prepare the same one 30 times, so this should not be a big problem.
Note that you need to cook on the cooking locations, not order food in towns, that doesn't count.

The, Pants, Party
To "have" a dish you must either cook it yourself at a stove/campfire or purchase one from a tavern. For this achievement, you can have the same dish 30 times if you'd like. One I believe one takes a single fish to cook, so you could spam that quickly to knock this out.
