You only need to play each of 15 party hero quest once. You will NOT need to complete the party hero quests will all 4 friends/heroes.
I would recommend anyone with a gatling gun first, such as Seven, Strea, or Agil. Then an assault, or if you are decent with a sniper rifle then that could also be quick DPS. The fights should take anywhere from 1 minute to 5 minutes each.
WARNING: You will need to do the first 15 party hero quests anyway if you are planning on obtaining the Earring Emblem achievement:

The last 3 party hero quests provide triple the usual reward, and 50 SP, if you need to farm medals for anything, or don't want to spend medals to obtain skill points. They're only a touch more difficult, but can still be done in less than 5 minutes.

At the Hero Quest Reception in the Lobby you will need to select Party Hero Quests. There is a total of 18 quests and you will need to do 15 of them for Accessory Addict. The first 15 have Emblem Earrings L to Z in a chest located somewhere in the mission so it is recommended to do these 15 and obtain the Emblem Earrings. The last 3 give you triple the rewards and 50 SP for clearing them so you may want to do these also if you need to farm medals or SP.
