How to unlock the Squad Leader achievement in SWORD ART ONLINE: FATAL BULLET - Definitive Guide

Straight after defeating the Flugel gate keeper you'll be returned to Kirito's room, where the gang will ask you to become squad leader. There's a quick battle to undertake in which you'll have to beat four of your friends. This was very straightforward for me. They don't appear to revive one another and do very little damage, so I focussed on one target at a time. It took less than 2 minutes. Once the fight is over you are the squad leader.

Note: This did not pop for me in Normal mode even though I played through the end 3 times obtaining the following:
A True Hero - Beat the game with the true ending.
Fall of the Uncrowned Queen - Beat the game with the normal ending (Zeliska's death)
A Lost Friend - Beat the game with the normal ending (Kureha's death).

When I moved on to Extreme mode and reached the proper point in the story it popped accordingly.

I had the first arfa part achievement bug on me hopefully itll pop in extreme mode

Story Related.

Once you and your ArFA-sys defeat the gatekeeper you will be challenged by other characters to become the Squad Leader. You will need to defeat the other 4 players to become the Squad Leader.
