How to unlock the Tinkerer achievement in SWORD ART ONLINE: FATAL BULLET - Definitive Guide

The easiest way to do this achievement is to stock up on 10 Basic Enhance Material. Then, upgrade a bunch of guns with this material, and when you use up 10, the achievement should be yours.

How do you stock up on those, where do you get them?

You get them from the medal lady which is the blue one in the middle platform of the governors office. I think there's only 30 of them tho and do the last party hero quest to get 300 of each medals... Use anyone with a sword to attack the wheels

To get this achievement you need to have access to Kirito’s room. Once you can travel there from your apartment, you need to go to the back of his room and speak to Lisbeth.
She can upgrade your weapons by either merging the abilities of other weapons or using items you find in the field to increase its level to boost its attack power.
Doing either of these a total of 10 times will earn the achievement.

You can enhance and transform weapons with Lisbeth who is located in Kirito's room. Enhancing a weapon increases the weapons rank by 1 and will add a + to the weapons name. Each weapon can be enhanced to [WEAPON NAME]++.

Transforming weapons involves taking a bonus stat off a weapon and swapping it with one on the first weapon. You can only move unlocked skills around but you can unlock them with an unlocking chip. Only 4 skills on a weapon can be unlocked.

Lisbeth will help you with this in Kirito's room. You should have a decent amount of materials from normal play, but you can get more by trading in medals with the NPC in the lobby.
