Here list things you need to do for all CG.

1 complete Hollow Fragment storyline before floor 86.*
2 get rank 5 with Strea before floor 90*
3 do all events. only the last blue event don't do it when you did floor 100 don't start new game just select "Continue" now you can do the last event.*
4 Do all the bed scene: Asuna, Leafa, Lisbeth, Philia, Silica, Sinon and Strea.
5 Do with all persons last battle for the end scene.
6 do all Request for Kirito
7 side event at hollow area after you complete Hollow Fragment storyline. Go to Strait of the Offering here you will find you will have leave area few times for you go with "person" to Research Vault.
8 Get rank 5 with Argo after she is rank 5 go to La Ulquera Gradens (this will also easy place get her rank 5)
9 Same story as point 8 now you have do it with you can find her after point 7 in te Research Vault.

After all this you will unlock trophy if you go mean menu than to gallery.
