This is an optional boss at the very end of the game, without any spoils, after the final bosses on floor 100, you'll eventually get a choice to stick around or not, click yes, you'll then face Yuuki.
Yuuki herself is easy, it's only you and her, she's level 150 but isn't too strong, just make use of your dodging and skills, the fight is easy enough. It only takes around 2-3 minutes, and I was around level 125 or so. No real tactic besides that, dodge her moves, spam her with skills for combos. Have some sort of heal skill equipped, it'll help a lot. Assuming you don't have one from the previous bosses.
If you fail or choose no, then you should be able to reload your game to before the end boss and experience the final fights again, so there's that!
