UPDATE: I can confirm patch 1.05 fixed this trophy. I was unable to get my old save game to work and had to start over, however. I had backed up a save underwater and it loaded up just fine but I was unable to interact with anything.
I don't believe this one is obtainable anymore on the PS4 (or Steam from what I've read). It's supposedly an unmissable story-based trophy obtained after completing the underwater lock section, but I could not get it after multiple attempts with patch 1.04 and then I tried a clean disk installation of version 1.00 and could not obtain it with that version either.
