Have in mind that the game auto-saves so if you think you did more than 20 moves do not progress and finish the puzzle as you won't be able to do it again, instead close the game and restart it.
Location: Olympia
For this achievement, you need to rotate the mirrors highlighted by the circle to complete the puzzle with less than 20 moves.

I normally prefer written solutions however for this achievement a video takes the pain and confusion out of this.

Good guide, thumbs up. If you follow this solution, it only takes about 14/15 moves, leaving you a bit of room for error.
