All missions are fairly easy to do this on, I missed only 2 missions on the whole campaign when I went through first time. My suggestion is if DART is not on, do not kill (yes there will be times where it is kill or die so make sure you stay alive). When dart is on you can slow down time, which means you can aim for heads and get rampages soooo much easier. Also, breach spikes are awesome points just waiting to happen. Just incase you don't know what a breach spike is, when you use left bumper on anything, breach or ability, you will see a white section in the blue bar. Cut off the breach in that section and the whole bar turns white and says successful. Backfire is also your friend, it requires little energy and can be spiked. Do not go for Every Bullet Counts when doing this because the UAV devices can be breached over and over and over and really add to your score. The elevator puzzle level's elevators can also be spiked, so do that too. With that said it is pretty much the same thing on every level, breach spike everything you can, go for headshots and rampages (easy in DART) and just becarful time wise and damage wise, both are counted for score. If there are any questions leave 'em in the comments, and good luck.

@ Rowdawg88: Not to contradict the solution author here, but I repeatedly breached those elevators for a good 5 minutes before I moved on and easily got the CEO ranking on that mission. As a matter of fact, I really didn't rush through any level - levels with armors I seriously breached, took cover, breached again. The emp mines I went back and breached over and over again.

He is right about headshots - those are a must too, but I think if you get enough spike breaches with headshots you will clean up this without having to concern yourself with the time.

Fantastic post. Now that's what I call helpful - and I was wondering what the hell breach spikes are so thanks for clearing that up! Definite plus 1!

Spike breaching is breaching the spikes on the top of the train level.... If you played this enough you will know that. They got breaching spikes in the stats page along with breaching as well. Breaching spikes is those things they drop on top of the train and can breach them before they explode. They look like bomb spikes when they drop down. Shocked nobody knows this.

Um dude.... Please don't troll here... we don't need you messing with people (unless you really didn't know). Breaching spikes are at the statistics page of every level, and I believe they are in the over all statistic page under Extras in the menu. If you didn't know then no harm done that you thought it was something else, but if you did, don't troll again.

Great solution. Can't emphasize breach spike enough. I took a lot of damage but just made sure I spiked breaches and breezed through it.

Any way to tell which levels you missed CEO rank on from the menus? I haven't bothered keeping track, reasoning that I'd be able to see my best score on each level or something, but I can't find it.

Also can you just replay the levels you missed it on, or does it need to be a new game?

When you go to level select, it will have a check mark next to the level difficulty if you have CEO rating on it. Also, you can just replay it over, no need to start a new game.

Nice guide; thumbs up from me.

I seriously spike breached EVERYTHING. Missions with consoles that could be breached repeatedly I breached - repeatedly. You mentioned the elevator mission, but they is also the things like the emp mines that recharge (I think it is mission 14), not to mention levels with armors are good for spamming breaches. On mission 19 I had over 100 spike breaches because of everything available, and even though I took my time, the breaches alone are what got me the CEO rank.

Thanks Vash 1he Stmpde! I will try your advice out! I have pretty much all the coop stuff left so I can switch back and forth if I get too tired of replaying a level for CEO.

@EMPATH1c MIM1C:
Haha, contradict me, please!! If I am wrong, tell me so! I just mention time because it is noted, and I don't know if they have a precent "ceiling" and you must be somewhat fast to fill in the gap for CEO. Sounds like there is no such problem though, so thanks for the comment.

Just so you guys know, it says not go for the Every Bullet Counts achievement, but I was able to get the achievement while breaching the UAVs. The achievement will only void if you pick up the weapon the UAV actually drops to refill your ammo, so if you exclusively use the pistol and sniper rifle during the fight you can spam the UAV weapon drops as in my experience it only dropped the regular assault rifles.

Great guide but you should put amount of point we need in each level.

Does playing on an easier level matter or does it need to be done on hard?

@ BelatedPanther2
For this, I do believe it will require hard because the achievement states so in the description. As far as I know, (and trying to remember, it has been a while) easy has its own ranking, so it wont transfer just by level, but by difficulty as well.

Seems like I am a little late posting here but I am stuck on getting CEO rank on chapter 3. As EMPATH1C MIM1C is saying, can I ignore time bonuses and just breach the elevators over and over again to farm points? great soln btw, +1

Its been so long lol. I would have to say, if they are using a good system, you cant farm for long because the part that is with time will kill ya on the points. If they aren't using a good system, I would say yea, more points means you can take a lot of damage and take all day.

Here is my advice, you don't need a lot of points for ceo if you headshot everyone and use backfire as often as you can. Just breach each elevator 3 times, and move on. Continue through the level, using cover so you don't take damage, and making sure you move pretty fast. At the end, you should be fine.

You will receive a ranking, based on points at the end of each chapter. CEO is the highest possible ranking. Hard difficulty is available from the beginning on. There are just 15 chapters out of 20 that need to be completed with CEO ranking and on hard difficulty. You can do this via chapter select, there is no need to start a new campaign.

Your performance is judged based on the following:

  • Accuracy - Make sure you hit your targets and don't shoot around for fun
  • Headshots - While the DART Overlay is active you can easily score some headshots
  • Breaches - The more Breaches you use, the more points you get. Hold down L2.png when the Breach ability is selected and you are targeting an enemy. Breach Spikes are worth more points than normal breaches.
  • Rampage - You have to kill lots of enemies in a short time. The maximum amount of points you can get is 100,000 for killing 10 enemies in a row quickly. Whenever you see lots of enemies try to build up a good rampage bonus. It's one of the best sources for fast and easy points.
  • Adrenaline - You build up Adrenaline for special combat actions like getting a rampage bonus. The Adrenaline bonus is displayed at the bottom of the screen, on the left side of the blue circle.
  • Damage taken - The less you die, the more points you get. If you do not die during a chapter you will be rewarded with 100,000 points. If you die press StartButton.png immediately and reload the last checkpoint. The game won't recognize you dying and you can easily get the 100,000 bonus at the end of the mission.
  • Completion time - The faster you finish the level, the more points you get. There is no need to rush through to get CEO but you shouldn't wander around for too long. You can collect the business cards if you didn't do it already. You run into most of them anyway and it just takes a second to pick them up.

You have to get CEO in the following chapters (15 out of 20):
Chapter 1: Wakeup Call
Chapter 2: Assault On Aspari
Chapter 3: Aspari Extraction
Chapter 4: A Train To catch
Chapter 5: Escape From Los Angeles
Chapter 7: Voyeur Central
Chapter 8: Cayman global
Chapter 10: Behind The Scenes
Chapter 11: Ramon
Chapter 13: Betrayed
Chapter 14: The Wall
Chapter 15: Kris
Chapter 17: Corporate War
Chapter 18: Spire Access
Chapter 19: Burning Tower

Recommended Upgrades (in the order you should get them):
1. Toughened - Reduces your damage taken by 20%. Needed to stay alive and a must have for boss fights.
2. Safeguard - Increases your total health by 33%. Needed to stay alive and a must have for boss fights.
3. Synchronize - Increases your DART Overlay duration by 25%. This will be a life saver in tricky situations and you have more time to aim for headshots (additional points for your CEO ranking).
4. Augmented Overlay - 25% more damage dealt and 20% less damage taken while DART Overlay is active. This is useful in boss fights and to take out large groups of enemies quickly.
5. Regeneration Boost - Health regeneration activates 25% faster and regeneration heals 33% faster. Needed to stay alive and useful in any combat situations, especially during boss fights. When your health generates faster you can fight more aggressively which will have a positive effect on the time you need to clear a chapter (bonus points for time).
6. Executioner - Get back 50% of your health for melee executions. Allows you to fight a lot more aggressively and helps to stay alive. It's an effective way to kill enemies quickly but you should keep doing headshots and breaches for their associated bonus points.
7. Protective Shielding - Helps to stay alive.
8. Regenerative Overlay - Helps you to stay alive and makes your DART Overlay the ultimate weapon for any situation.
9. Dexterous - Lowers the time it takes to reload your weapons.

CEO ranking is marked at the end of every chapter to the right during the chapter summary screen (seen at the end of every chapter). It is also marked as a checkmark on your chapter select menu if you have achieved CEO ranking on those chapters in the past.

CEO ranking is graded off of several things, but really, all you need to get high scores in are in accuracy (headshots help especially) and in breach spikes. Rampages can also boost up your score. While the CEO ranking does grade you based off of completion time, damage taken, and more, they really don't seem to have as much of a bearing on your final score as opposed to what I have mentioned above.

To get the achievement, you need CEO ranking in the following chapters:

Chapter 1 - Wakeup Call
Chapter 2 - Assault on Aspari
Chapter 3 - Aspari Extraction
Chapter 4 - A Train to Catch
Chapter 5 - Escape from Los Angeles
Chapter 7 - Voyeur Central
Chapter 8 - Cayman Global
Chapter 10 - Behind the Scenes
Chapter 11 - Ramon
Chapter 13 - Betrayed
Chapter 14 - The Wall
Chapter 15 - Kris
Chapter 17 - Corporate War
Chapter 18 - Spire Access
Chapter 19 - Burning Tower
