To power level, the best way to do this would be to put the difficulty on Expert and do several maps for XP farming; I suggest New England and Scandinavia, as both of these maps have heaps of spawn points. On average, Expert gives you 250XP per normal kill instead of the usual 100. Be sure to get chip-rips, and save your research tokens. When you have a nice amount, invest several tokens into research for weapons and apps. This also counts for the skill points for modding your chip. Once you hit around rank 15-20, the achievement should pop during a co-op game.
