Ive just completed this on normal and its pretty easy, ill just give a few little pointers that could help you out
Ill try and keep it short n' sweet
* * COVER * *
- i know the cover on here is pretty rubbish so try to find cover that is atleast taller than you smaller cover will not help you
* * DART OVERLAY * *
1 - This is an essential, it helps you to regain health, time, chance to escape and opportunity to kill your enemies, once in this mode you can be pretty much 100% accurate with your shots.
2 - Another note on this is that i noticed with some enemies if you were in Dart Overlay and the enemy began to fall i kept shooting them and wasted more bullets, reserve your ammo and if you see them start to fall over wait a few seconds before shooting again because you'll just waste more bullets.
3 - Another good factor about Dart Overlay is that you can snap in and out of it BUT only if you have power left for it, you start with 100%, you can use say 40% and still have 60% to use if you need it again shortly...or you can just wait a few more seconds for it to recharge back to 100%
* * SHOOTING * *
- All ill say about shooting is that try to always aim for the head, there are no enemies with protective headegear so headshots are always available and obviously do more damage.
- There will be a few occasions where you come accross a sheilded enemy, you can JUST ABOUT shoot their feet, legs and hands but this is a lengthly process, if you have either your "Suicide, Back Fire or Persuade" options use them on the sheilded enemies, they come in handy, i personally mainly used persuade or suicide just because it got them out the way and i could focus else where.
* * SUICIDE, BACK FIRE & PERSUADE * *
- These are some very useful additions to the game, they can be of great help for example: if you come accross a shielded enemy you could do 1 of about 4 things
1) You can shoot him where possible and waste ammo
2) Make him commit suicide
3) Sprint tackle him then shoot/execute him
4) Back Fire him then shoot/execute him
- if you come accross a shielded enemy with say 5 people around him you could do 1 of things
1) You can shoot him where possible and waste ammo
2) Make him commit suicide and possibly take out others
3) Sprint tackle him then shoot/execute him but also put yourself at risk
4) Back Fire him then shoot/execute him
5) Persuade him, and make him turn against others drawing attention from you and giving you time to focus on other enemies
so as you can see there are quite a few ways that the "Suicide, Back Fire and Persuade" options can be very helpful

1) Use TALLER cover where possible (if needed)
2) Abuse your DART OVERLAY
3) BE ACCURATE
4) Dont waste time and ammo
5) Use your "Suicide, Back Fire & Persuade" breaches...THEY DO HELP
6) Kill, Maim, Disfigure

is this glitched I beat the game and waited through the techno credits and nothing no chevo then played the last lvl again and still no achievement is there any known issue with it?

I think that this IS glitched, i had to replay the last level 4 times before i got the cheevo. I would suggest just replaying the last level again.
I came accross more than 1 glitch
1) It froze on me twice on level 12
2) I had to do 62 excutions to get the cheevo for 50 executions
3) I had to replay last level 4 times to get the campaign completion cheevo
4) I had to replay last level 6 times to get the cheevo for beating 2 sidekicks sithout being revived
5) I had to replay the cheevo for agent Crane 3 times before i got it
So i came across a few glitches lol

This trophy is unlocked automatically after finishing the single player campaign on any difficulty. There are a total of 20 chapters.

Simple. Complete the game. It's not difficult on normal mode. Never forget to abuse your DART overlay and breach applications. They will make the game a snap.
