Endurance mode is in the Bonus Modes section, which is unlocked by beating the main game. For this one, choose Edurance Mode, and set the level to World 2. Play through, and this will unlock after beating the final level.
The twist here is that you can only play with mistakes on, you only get three mistakes, and they don't get wiped after each level. Just play cautiously and learn the levels and this should be quite easy.
