Taco Tom 2 (EP)

For this achievement, you have to play The Supermarket levels all the way to the end. After the final level of the Supermarket world, a cutscene will play out. This achievement pops at the end of the cutscene if you have plastic bags ticked in the game's settings and you don't skip the cutscene (you can mash a, but don't press the start button to skip fully). Might work in visual novel mode (don't see why it wouldn't but not certain it works).

At the main menu go to options and where it says "paper or plastic?" choose plastic. Then progress through the campaign and it should unlock after the fourth level called The Supermarket.
