How to unlock the Employee of the Month achievement in Tacoma - Definitive Guide

This achievement failed to pop for me at the end of the game ... I obviously didn't read all the email\messages from Venturis. However, I was still able to get the achievement without playing through the game a second time.

If this hasn't popped for you and the game completes, just choose "Continue" from the menu and you'll be put into your original spaceship just prior to greeting Odin and taking off. Simply access your messages menu (cn_back), select the Venturis email\messages icon (upper left), scroll through all the messages, back out of the menus, and play the remaining 3 minutes of the game.

After credits roll, the achievement should pop.

I have only 8 instead of 9 messages, but still got the achievement

I have 9 out of 9, read every message many times, yet this still fails to unlock...

Yeah, not sure what's up. In my play-thru, it bugged initially but I was able to play through the final scene and re-read all the messages in that run and was able to get it.

I've just downloaded the game and loaded it straight up to the menu and this achievement has popped. must be buggy for sure.

I also had the sync problem mentioned by Archer Spense with this achievement as well as ARdcore

I actually unlocked this achievement along with all the others when I beat the game. For some unknown reason, this was the only achievement that decided to have that sync problem where I actually earned it, but the xb1 profile system is retarded and took @ 24 hours before noticing. In being fooled to replay the game 2 more times, I noticed its possible to not get some Venturis messages. Some guy above says you can still get the achievement if that happens tho.

You'll probably get this throughout the course of playing the game. There are a total of 9 messages and the achievement will unlock after you finish the game and return to the main menu.

You'll see alerts for incoming messages at various story points with a pulse Venturis logo (the blue triangle with a white T inside it). Hit cn_back and navigate to your inbox to read the message.

Read all the messages. You can do that at the end of the game. Click on the video and you will se exactly that.

During the course of the story, Venturis will send you messages. Access your HUD to look at them. You will receive 9 messages by the end of the game. Make sure to look at all of them before finishing the story and your trophy will unlock after the credits. If you have completed the game, you can reload your game and read the messages, then walk to the end of the game again.
