There are 125 titles in the shop (thanks Scarovese#3367), and I wanted to give a money-goal for anybody that is going after this achievement. In order to get all of the titles in a single day/purchase session you will need over 77,000 coins… a bit closer to 78-79,000 to be safe. (I started buying with 82k coins and fewer than 10 titles purchased through normal gameplay, and after buying all the titles and paying 1000 each time to refresh the store I had 5k left.)
Of course if you buy titles across multiple days the amount will be reduced since you won’t be spending the 1k to refresh the shop each time.
You can also save yourself some time and coins by using the cloud data trick, which is detailed in Dwaggienite‘a solution for the Beautiful Rainbow! achievement:
