The Shop recycles items daily, so if you have purchased all Outfit items in the current day, you can spend 1000 to skip to the next lineup of items or you can wait.
You can buy any item from the Outfit categories, including, Buddy, Head, Body & Costume.
To unlock more coins for purchases you can play Ranked matches during Double Coin event hours, during these events you get over 300 for wins, 40 for losses. Or you could grind out the song list on Easy and try your best to get Gold, Full Combos, you get these by not getting a single "Bad". "OK"s & "Good"s are fine. This will earn you 290 coins, the higher the difficulty the more coins you earn alongside Full Combo bonuses.
