This achievement is super easy, on the song selection hit 
that will select a random song it will bring you to difficulty select hit

Thank you for thus, I was playing random songs and this wouldn't pop and I couldn't figure out why.

Ah, that's how it works. I was _playing_ the random songs and the tracker stuck at 1, where the achievement is actually 'hit random ten times without playing them'.
