This achievement is pretty straight forward. Songs can be purchased through the shop at any time by pressing right on the d-pad and selecting "Shop".
From there, you'll see a list of the available songs, which each cost 3000 coins. Once you've purchased any 5 songs, the achievement will unlock right away
